Detailed explanation of the handling method of torque converter fault in heavy material handling equipment

Loader torque change and pressure drop will lead to the loader unable to work. To eliminate such faults, we should pay attention to the abnormal wear of the needle bearing of the pump assembly, and dirty the filter core fixed by the transmission housing, resulting in blockage of the filter core and insufficient oil pressure.

1. system pressure drop

The normal working pressure of the FL460 type loader variable speed transmission system is between 1 and 1.6MPa. When the pressure drops below 1.0MPa, the loader will be unable to work and walk difficultly.

The main reasons for this kind of fault are as follows:

(1) the hydraulic transmission oil of the loader torque converter is not added according to the instructions of the manual, but is randomly added to the unqualified hydraulic transmission oil.

(2) the filter core, fixed with the gearbox shell, causes the filter core to be blocked and the oil supply pressure is insufficient.

(3) the thrust particles of the torque loader and the abnormal wear of the thrust ring make the distribution valve stagnant, resulting in the internal oil reflux.

(4) the valve stem of the valve assembly is worn out, causing internal pressure relief.

(5) the iron particles produced by the abnormal wear of ball bearing and thrust bearing in the gear group make the valve movement of the distribution valve stagnant and reflow the oil in the inner part of the valve.

(6) the abnormal wear of the needle bearing of the pump assembly makes the longitudinal displacement of the driven gear in the process of operation, and the oil supply volume is changed.

(7) the pump body of the pump assembly, the cover of the pump and the contact surface of the main and driven gear, and the pressure of the inner cavity oil.

The following points should be paid attention to:

(1) to replace the qualified hydraulic transmission oil in accordance with the instructions of the instructions and change it in time.

(2) maintain or replace the filter cartridge fixed to the gearbox on time.

(3) the loader torque converter should do the disintegration check regularly and replace the thrust bearing and the thrust ring in time.

(4) the valve stem of the valve assembly can be treated by spraying technology, the disadvantage is that the use period is very short, and the valve assembly can be replaced.

(5) the needle bearing and thrust bearing of the gear group should be checked out regularly, and it is suggested that the bearing should be replaced in less than one overhaul period. If forced to use, the gear can be abnormally worn or broken, resulting in greater economic loss.

(6) the needle bearing of the pump assembly must be replaced in time after the abnormal wear. Because of the difficulty of the single purchase of the accessories, the general assembly is replaced.

(7) the pump body of the pump assembly, the cover of the pump and the contact surface of the main and driven gear are generally repaired by grinding, and the grinding quantity is not more than 0.5mm.

2. oil superheat

The main cause of overheating of oil temperature is the skidding of the clutch, the second gear and the reverse gear clutch. When it is serious, the shell is burned and the oil is ejected from the filling port of the loader.

The reasons for high oil temperature in hydraulic torque converter and transmission are as follows:

(1) the friction plate is overworn, the surface of the lubricating oil is shallower, and the cooling effect is worse because of the decrease of the amount of oil passed through.

(2) the quality of the domestic friction plate is not qualified, resulting in premature wear and the overheating of the oil temperature.

(3) when the clutch is assembled, the friction plate and the steel sheet should be assembled strictly according to the specified quantity. If it is easy to assemble or reduce the cost of a piece of friction plate or a piece of steel sheet, although it is still available, it can increase the temperature of the oil.

The following points should be paid attention to:

(1) the wear depth of the oil groove of the friction plate can not be greater than 0.1mm when the disintegration inspection is done, and the unevenness of the warpage of the steel sheet can not be greater than that of 1mm. If the limit of repair is exceeded, it should be replaced in time.

(2) the replacement of the imported friction plate is very expensive, but it can be guaranteed to meet the technical requirements of the original machine.

(3) assemble friction plates and steel sheets according to the quantity required by the original machine.

Leakage of the front cover junction of the 3. loader torque converter

The main reason for the oil leakage at the connection between the torque loader front cover and the front cover of the transmission is that the O ring is bumped when it is assembled, the screws at the connection are loose, and the quality of the O ring is not qualified.

It is suggested that it is best to assemble the O ring of the original import because it is complicated to deal with the leakage point.

4. difficulties in hanging gear

The FL460 loader can't be hung up, usually caused by the lateral displacement between the distributing valve and the pull rod. The main reason is the wear of the rod or the loosening of the lock cap. If the above fault occurs, the adjusting pull rod should be checked and adjusted.
