1. The pressure of the barometer is rising slowly
The main reason is: (a) pipeline leakage; (b) the air pump is not working normally; (c) the check valve is corroded and stuck; (d) the oil drain separator oil drain bolt is not closed or the pressure regulating valve leaks.
The method of Troubleshooting: first, the leakage of the pipeline should be eliminated and the working state of the air pump should be checked. Remove the gas pump out of the pipe, with the thumb pressed out of the air outlet, if the exhaust pressure is low, it indicates that the pump has trouble. If the pump is in good working condition, and then check the oil-water separator drain plug or pressure regulating valve, to avoid bypass, by checking the troubleshooting. Finally, check the two unidirectional valves in the three - way joint, which will cause the storage cylinder to be incapable of intake or slow intake. This can solve the brake system failure of the loader.
2. Insufficient power, weakness
The main reason is: (a) brake oil leakage; (b) there is air in the brake oil way; (c) the hub oil seal is damaged, and there is oil contamination on the clamp plate; (d) the brake is seriously worn and the friction surface burns; (E) the gas path pressure adjustment is too low.
The brake system failure of the above loader can be excluded by repairing, adjusting or replacing parts according to their respective causes.
3. Run off after braking
The direct reason is the deviation of the braking torque of the wheel on both sides ranging due to common causes of failure: (a) brake caliper disc oil serious, serious decline caused by the friction system, the braking torque is not balanced, at this time should be to remove grease on the disc brake caliper piston pump; (b) card can not work. Static car brake, observe the working condition of the sub pump, dismantling the situation.
4, brake service card
Failure phenomenon: Loader starting and walking, after parking touch the clamp plate, clamp plate heating. The main reasons are: (a) the attrition of friction disc is thin, the dust ring is damaged, and the piston is corroded and stuck. (b) the reset spring of the afterheat pump is weak or broken, and the high-pressure oil can not be added to the flow.
5. When you step on the brake, there is an oil spray.
(a) the brake light switch is damaged, the high pressure oil is ejected from the switch interface, and the replacement switch can be solved. (b) the length of the piston rod of the force pump is too large. This kind of situation is possible when the new replacement pump assembly is possible. The reason for the failure of the loader brake system is that the piston rod adjustment is too long, causing the piston travel too large when the afterburner pump works, and the brake fluid flows back from the oil drain hole to the afterburner pump and ejected. The working stroke of the piston should be measured to determine the length of the piston rod.
