What is the fork loader scale

When loaders / forklifts carry out bulk cargo loading, the weight of the goods is calculated by the method of weighting line drawing at the beginning. This method has the characteristics of large error, large randomness and inconvenient management. Multi loading will cause direct economic loss and overload transport; less load less, will reduce transport efficiency and damage the interests of customers. Generally speaking, the higher the accuracy of the goods measurement, the weighing error generally requires about 0.1% ~ 0.5%.

Loaders / forklifts are short of main and short wheelbases and are always in a state of flow operation. It is difficult to weigh the goods carried by a fixed position weighing instrument, otherwise, the working efficiency will be affected. With the development of logistics and loading and unloading industries such as railways, automobiles, ports and wharfs, the requirements for loading efficiency, safety and accuracy are increasing. There is an urgent need for a convenient, effective and intuitive measurement method to achieve loading and weighing management.

As a result, the loader scale and other electronic weighing apparatus came into being. After the loader / forklift loader is installed on the corresponding scale / forklift scale, can carry out automatic weighing in cargo handling at the same time, this is to strengthen the management of the loading operation, prevent overload and underload, improve handling efficiency and efficiency, ensure the vehicle transportation safety has a significant effect.

Fork loader scale composition

The loader scale is usually composed of sensors, position switches and vehicle weighing instruments.

1) pressure sensor - measuring pressure change of the hydraulic system of loader;

2) position switch - when the arm is lifted to close to the switch, the pressure data is collected by the system.

3) the vehicle weighing display instrument - symmetric heavy data is calculated, and the weighing result is displayed on the screen of the instrument. The weighing instrument has the functions of printing date, time, displaying and peeling, adjusting zero, storing weight data and information, and does not affect the normal loading work when weighing.

The working principle of the loader

Loader weighing system

Loader weighing system is generally divided into two parts, signal acquisition part and signal processing and display part. The signal acquisition part is usually realized by sensors or transmitters, and the accuracy of signal acquisition is crucial to the accuracy of the loader's weighing.

Static weighing system

It is often used to refit existing loaders or forklifts. Due to the fact that there are no proper weighing devices at the scene, and users need to measure for trade settlement, the static metering method is usually used in view of users' need for reassembly cost.

The static measurement weighing device is composed of pressure sensors (1 or 2, depending on the accuracy requirement) + normal weighing display instrument (when necessary, can be selected for printers) + installation accessories (pressure pipe or process interface, etc.).

The general characteristics of static weighing:

1) at each time of weighing, the position of the weighing hopper is consistent, in order to ensure the accuracy of the weighing, thus affecting the weighing efficiency.

2) the equipment is less functional and many work needs to be done by hand, such as recording, calculating, etc.

3) it is suitable for short-term workplaces and does not require a large amount of data processing.

4) low cost, suitable for some individual business units or small units.

5) the parameters involved are few, and the installation and debugging are more convenient.

Dynamic weighing system

The dynamic weighing system should be selected for the loading measurement of large units such as stations and ports so as to meet the needs of rapid, continuous measurement and large amount of data management.

Dynamic weighing equipment mainly includes: pressure sensor (2) + dynamic control instrument (with printing function) + installation accessories.

The main features of the dynamic weighing equipment are as follows:

1) the accumulative load, the weight setting, the display and the overweight alarm function;

2) weighing and accumulating and displaying function of single bucket weight;

3) truck models to select or enter a function, vehicle number input function;

4) the operator, the loader number and the input function of the station code.

5) working time (year, month, day, time, minute) recording function;

6) the function of basic data storage, printing and inquiry.

7) dynamic sampling and fuzzy algorithm are used to realize dynamic calibration and dynamic weighing, without stopping the bucket and weighing automatically in the process of lifting.

8) use the loader power supply.

9) using dual hydraulic sensor and high precision A/D converter, the precision is higher.

10) automatic zero or manual zero can be set.

Loader weighing sensor

According to the operation characteristics of loaders, there are three kinds of signal acquisition parts: weighing sensor, pressure (oil pressure) sensor and pressure (oil pressure) transmitter. One thing to stress is that sensors have better performances such as overload protection, vibration resistance, insulation and anti-interference.

1. Weighing sensor

In general, the use of sensors is used instead of the pin shaft to be used at the same time to achieve the goal of weighing. The scheme requires higher sensor size and accuracy in structure design and installation. Therefore, in practice, there are often bad phenomena such as low accuracy, inconvenience in installation and replacement, and even safety accidents.

2, pressure (oil pressure) sensor

The weighing operation is completed by changing the liquid pressure into the weight of the loader. It is convenient and quick to retrofit. The accuracy of the device is greatly improved compared with the use of the weighing sensor, and the safety performance is guaranteed.

3, pressure (oil pressure) transmitter

The output of the sensor is the mV signal, while the small signal is easily disturbed when it is transmitted and processed. The weight of the converted signal is easy to cause the error, and the demand for the display part is relatively high. It is more difficult to use in the symmetric and heavy precision system. The transmitter solves these problems very well. It has strong anti-interference ability and large output signal (usually 4 ~ 20mA or 0-10VDC, 0-5VDC), which greatly reduces the requirement of signal processing part and display part, and the accuracy of weighing system is also enhanced.

Common troubleshooting of loader electronic scale

(1) the instrument does not show that if the meter of the loader electronic scale does not show, the following four aspects can be checked first. If there is no problem, you can contact the manufacturer, arrange personnel to repair in the past, do not need to return to the factory.

1. The power switch is not opened

2. Whether the instrument power plug is in bad contact or disconnection

3, check whether the connection line of the battery is broken. The instrument power is directly connected to the loader battery. If you want to repair the loader battery, you need to remove the power cord. Please remember the power cord, please remember the installation location for later recovery.

4, check whether the power line is inadvertently extruded and disconnected.

(two) the weighing error of the loader electronic scale is beyond the set range

1. Check whether the sensor plug is loose.

2, whether the sensor part is a hard object hit a significant break or crack.

3, check whether the connection line of the sensor is extruded to disconnect.

(three) the method of troubleshooting and changing paper for the printer of the electronic weighing machine

1, the paper is normal, printing time and space white, no handwriting.

A, check whether the ribbon is worn, aging, and need to change the ribbon.

B, check whether the ribbon is installed back, need to be reinstalled.

2, the paper is normal, but can not be printed.

Check whether the instrument is set in the non - weighing state, if the non - weighing state can not be printed, to the normal weighing state can be printed.

3. Difficulty in printing paper or printing errors

Check the dust of the printer too much, the oil is too large, it is necessary to clean the printer or change the printer.

4, cardboard

Check whether the print paper is stuck in the paper slot.

The changing paper method of the loader electronic scale: the replacement of the ribbon: after the printer is used for a period of time, the printing is not clear, and the ribbon is needed to be replaced.

(four) the keyboard failure of the loader electronic scale
