Fork loader scale composition
The loader scale is usually composed of sensors, position switches and vehicle weighing instruments.

The working principle of the loader

The general characteristics of static weighing:

Dynamic weighing system
The dynamic weighing system should be selected for the loading measurement of large units such as stations and ports so as to meet the needs of rapid, continuous measurement and large amount of data management.
Dynamic weighing equipment mainly includes: pressure sensor (2) + dynamic control instrument (with printing function) + installation accessories.
The main features of the dynamic weighing equipment are as follows:

Loader weighing sensor
According to the operation characteristics of loaders, there are three kinds of signal acquisition parts: weighing sensor, pressure (oil pressure) sensor and pressure (oil pressure) transmitter. One thing to stress is that sensors have better performances such as overload protection, vibration resistance, insulation and anti-interference.
1. Weighing sensor
In general, the use of sensors is used instead of the pin shaft to be used at the same time to achieve the goal of weighing. The scheme requires higher sensor size and accuracy in structure design and installation. Therefore, in practice, there are often bad phenomena such as low accuracy, inconvenience in installation and replacement, and even safety accidents.
2, pressure (oil pressure) sensor
The weighing operation is completed by changing the liquid pressure into the weight of the loader. It is convenient and quick to retrofit. The accuracy of the device is greatly improved compared with the use of the weighing sensor, and the safety performance is guaranteed.
3, pressure (oil pressure) transmitter
The output of the sensor is the mV signal, while the small signal is easily disturbed when it is transmitted and processed. The weight of the converted signal is easy to cause the error, and the demand for the display part is relatively high. It is more difficult to use in the symmetric and heavy precision system. The transmitter solves these problems very well. It has strong anti-interference ability and large output signal (usually 4 ~ 20mA or 0-10VDC, 0-5VDC), which greatly reduces the requirement of signal processing part and display part, and the accuracy of weighing system is also enhanced.
Common troubleshooting of loader electronic scale
(1) the instrument does not show that if the meter of the loader electronic scale does not show, the following four aspects can be checked first. If there is no problem, you can contact the manufacturer, arrange personnel to repair in the past, do not need to return to the factory.
1. The power switch is not opened
2. Whether the instrument power plug is in bad contact or disconnection
3, check whether the connection line of the battery is broken. The instrument power is directly connected to the loader battery. If you want to repair the loader battery, you need to remove the power cord. Please remember the power cord, please remember the installation location for later recovery.
4, check whether the power line is inadvertently extruded and disconnected.

1. Check whether the sensor plug is loose.
